7GRAMS COFFEE – Returns and Warranty Policy (Singapore)

7GRAMS COFFEE enforces a Returns and Warranty Policy in line with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and other relevant laws in Singapore.

Products supplied by 7GRAMS COFFEE come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Singaporean consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major product failure. If a product is not of acceptable quality and the failure is not considered major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. 7GRAMS COFFEE will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

Warranty Coverage:

  • New Espresso Machines and Grinders (Domestic): 12-month RTB (Return to Base) parts warranty.

  • New Espresso Machines and Grinders (Commercial): 12-month RTB parts warranty and 3-month labour warranty.

  • Used (Second-Hand) Espresso Machines and Grinders (Commercial): 3-month RTB parts and labour warranty.

  • Accessories and Equipment: Warranty coverage as provided by the manufacturer.

For non-major product issues, 7GRAMS COFFEE reserves the right to choose between repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy.

While your rights are protected under Singaporean law, the period for remedies may vary based on factors such as the nature and price of the product. 7GRAMS COFFEE is committed to taking a fair and flexible approach in resolving such matters.

Our liability for goods or services is limited to:

  • Goods: Replacement, repair, supply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of replacement or repair.

  • Services: Re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of re-supply.

This warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner if we are notified within 14 days. Warranty claims require the original invoice and are only valid within Singapore.

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase (typically a receipt) is required. Without proof of purchase, your claim may not be accepted.

Coffee Beans: 7GRAMS COFFEE does not accept returns or offer refunds for coffee beans once they have been delivered. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of our products for all customers.
